This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by PureWager Group LLP (“Sponsor”).
2. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS AVAILABLE TO ENTER OR WIN.
3. Eligibility
• Open to legal residents of the state of MaryLand, United States.
• Entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and its affiliates, including their immediate family members, are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited by law.
4. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on 01st April 2026 and ends on 15th June 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received within this timeframe.
5. How to Enter
• Participants may enter once during the Promotion Period.
• Entry is free and may be submitted through the official PureWager free to enter online entry form.
• Limit of one (1) entry per person.
• Multiple or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the opportunity to throw the ceremonial first pitch at a Baltimore Orioles game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards dated 1st July 2026.
Prize Conditions:
• Game date subject to availability and approval.
• May include game tickets and pre‑game access.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be chosen through a random drawing from all eligible entries within 7 days following the end of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the winner cannot be reached, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Prize Restrictions
The prize is non‑transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winner must adhere to all venue rules and requirements.
10. Publicity
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
11. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Baltimore Orioles Limited Partnership, and the MLB Entities (as hereinafter defined), from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. For the purposes herein, “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”)
13. Compliance with Laws
This Sweepstakes is conducted in accordance with applicable U.S. laws governing free entry, random selection, and participant disclosures.
14. Privacy
Personal information submitted during entry will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
